    We offer both in-person and virtual options. Our programs are backed by science to gradually increase the duration & intensity of your workouts. Find your routine again and reclaim your health today.

    Orientation is designed to make sure that we are a good fit as client and coach.  This program is not for everyone, and our number one goal is to serve you well.     The 21-Day Onboarding is $99, with memberships starting at $185 a month after.

    This program is for busy folks who are tired of the way they look and feel and tired of not getting results with their current routine. If you are nervous about starting and needing the guidance of a coach, then this program is for you.

  4. What if I haven’t exercised in years and I’m out of shape?

    You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape! This program is for all levels of fitness as long as you aren’t afraid of a little hard work.  All programs are designed with YOU in mind. All you need is yourself & a willing attitude. We’ll provide the rest.  

    We don’t follow the “no pain – no gain” mentality. We understand that your life does not revolve around your workouts and that some days you’ll feel better than others.  Our goal is not to beat you up with exercise, but help you leave feeling better than when you came.

    Fitness is a lifestyle, not a quick fix, so working smart and making consistent progress is key to your long-term success.

  7. What are the training sessions like?

    Our programs are specifically designed to increase your mobility and flexibility, increase your movement range, build strength and increase your metabolism so you continue to have energy all day long. We follow a structured, science-based program to help you reach your goals!

    Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to improve your flexibility, mobility, and coordination.

    After the warm-up, each session includes:

    -Resistance training to tone your muscles and strengthen your bones to keep you active for life.
    -A mix of short burst cardio & endurance training to condition your heart and lungs and improve your endurance giving you move energy and increasing fat burning. 
    -Core training to tighten your stomach and maintain your posture.

    For all these movements, we have modifications and progressions for all levels of fitness (You don’t have to be in shape to get in shape). We conclude each session with a cool down, stretch, and social media challenges so you always leave feeling better than when you came. Remember, we will always meet you at your current fitness level.
  8. When and where is this program available?                                                    This program is available via Zoom and our Northville, MI location. All you need is a willing attitude to invest in yourself. Our local address is: 8938 Napier Rd., Northville, MI
  9. How often will I train?  What if I miss a session?

    With this program, you have access to 2 training sessions per week for three consecutive weeks, with a bonus of take-home workouts every week.  If you miss a session, you may make it up at another time as long as proper notice is given beforehand.  

  10. What happens after the program?

    If you find the program to be a good fit for your goals and would like to continue training with us after the program, we will have membership options available for you. Our most consistent clients see the most results. Memberships begin at $185 a month.
